We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below are the detailed guidelines for returns and refunds:

- Defective or malfunctioning upon delivery.
- Incorrect items sent.

- Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or intentional damage.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
2. Timeframe for Returns
- Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

- Photos or videos of the product highlighting the issue.

After approval, we will arrange for a return pick-up or guide you on how to return the product.

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Ashwin Camera will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return request.
