    • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or intentional damage.
    • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

3. Return Process

    • Order details.
    • Proof of purchase.
    • Photos or videos of the product highlighting the issue.
  • After approval, we will arrange for a return pick-up or guide you on how to return the product.

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return request.
